Lasko Lasko Products Inc - Worst products ever! Dont bother asking them to fix bad items!

I Contacted Lasko Products Inc.in regards to replacing a defective Lasko fan 4440. After some time they agreed there was a manufacturing issue with the item. Miss Lopez (Customer Service Manager) agreed to replace the item if I mailed it in. The cost of doing this is equal to the replacement of the item. She was extremely rood and refused to cover the shipping cost and insisted that I mail the item in.
