Dexter Cruse contacted me by telephone saying I owed for a loan I did not take out. That if I did not send him $695 through a prepaid paypal card within 30 minutes I would be going to jail

A man by the name of Dexter Cruse contacted me by telephone stating that I owed $695 for a loan I did not take out. He said the Cash Store tried to debit my account multiple times for payment but they were declined. He said that if I did not send the money by a green dot Pay pal card within 30 minutes the police would come to my home or job and arrest me for bank fraud. They went as far as having a call come in to my phone from a 911 emergency number stating he was an officer from another state that would fax my information to my local authority and have me immediately arrested if I did not pay the money in 20 minutes.
