Since about december 25th I have been getting horrible service. If you call pings greater than 2000 and speeds of under 300k/sec service. I have the 3mb business service the best they have.
Here are some speed test results.

1/7 11:34 PM 0.10 Mb/s 0.35 Mb/s 317 ms
1/6 12:50 AM GMT 0.34 Mb/s 0.89 Mb/s 340 ms
12/26 4:35 AM GMT 0.38Mb/s 0.44Mb/s 117 ms
I have many more tests between these days. My advice run and don't think twice unless there is no other option.
