Account Suspension

Today (11/22) my eBay account was suspended after over a year of very active use. I am a buyer and a seller and have sold over $3000 worth of items on eBay. I have over 100 feedback, and over 140 successful and pleasant transactions.

Then today out of the blue I get this message:

MC999 High number of eBay Buyer Protection cases
— An unusually high rate of buyer protection cases being opened.
— An unusually high number of refunds received that are outside the sellers' return policy.

I repair phones and I am constantly purchasing, returning and cancelling orders for various reasons such as I no longer need the part, the quality is so terrible it won't even fit the phone, or I received the wrong item or wrong color.

I called eBay phone support and told the rep this. He told me there is a special team inside eBay that determines whether or not I am a reckless buyer and that they have already made up their mind and I cannot appeal the case. He also told me I received an email a month earlier informing me of my bad buyer behavior, which I cannot find or recall. So my ebay account is now permanently suspended and I cannot buy or sell anything from it anymore. Also, if I open a new ebay account, that will also be suspended.

What can I do? I can't write a letter to give them my side of the story, only speak to some support rep that can just hang up when they feel like it. I can't email them or chat because they don't feel like doing that anymore. EBay has made hundreds and hundreds of dollars off me selling and buying off their website and now they simply cast me away because some guy who can't care less about me says I am a reckless buyer?
