Ripoff, not functioning, misleading, poor service, Yahoo, Yahoo Classifieds, Rental Classifieds

I have been a client of Yahoos for four years and have spent in excess of $200,000 in advertising with this company. My Yahoo ID's are rentingfaster and rentfaster. Yahoo had problems with their online rental Classifieds division. Customer service told me they were working on it. I have made a total of 9 calls over three months to customer service and have explained my problem again and again.

After I purchased (renewed my 85 ads at $99 each, they only ran one ccyle of 21 days. Because of a problem with Yahoo's classifieds, my ads could not be activated for a second and third cycle after I paid. Yahoo also took two payments of $299 each for Business Express. Our listing which ran for four years, was suddenly gone. There is a major falut (problem) with their system.

Approx. 3 months ago when I logged in to renew, Yahoo had "lost" two thirds of my ads, Customer service told me they had problems and were going to fix it within 6 weeks. Nothing happened. I am out of pocket for $9015 (in words ninethousand and fifteen Dollars).

They have made no attempt to credit my ads, reinstate them or refund my credit card. I would like this amount refunded back to my credit card. They need to call me 310-470-7333 as my company has a new credit card and I may not be credited accordingly. I do not wish to publish the digits of the new card here.

If this issue is not resolved soon, my company will file further complaints and take legal action. We expect full compensation for the time lost, the sales lost and the hours spent with customer service. We will only continue using their services once it works again and once they have refunded the services we paid for.
