Ripoff

I signed up for their service a week ago, gave them a credit card, which they processed, and I immediately had trouble using what i had paid for. I have emailed them three times for help with NO response! I want my money back. It infuriates me when a company ignores a request for help! That's all I wanted was help using their service. I've tried all day today to get this little program to work that the download shield website says to download. I've been trying for a week and getting nowhere. I have reported this outrageous ripoff to my credit card company.
