I purchased the downloadable dvd copier. I was unable to download it. I emailed the company asking for a refund. They sent me a link to download another browser and a link to download the copier again.
I tried to download it several times and I emailed them several times, asking for a refund. I have not received a response. I really just want my money back at this point.
