Download-zzz.com Company did not refund credit card fees as they said they would

I was search for a site that offers downloads for Business related pdf files. I found an un-related site and subscribed as instructured then was forwarded to the download-zzz.com site. I immediately relaized this was a music and video download site which is not what I wanted. This was on 3/17. I went to their support page and requested they cancel the transaction and credit my card since this was not what I was looking for. I received an email indicating they will comply but it takes 3 business days for the credit. I sent them a second request 2 weeks later on 4/5 demanding the credit and receivied another email saying that the tranasction was credited and I should see it reflected on my credit card withing 3 days. It iw now a week later and I have now disputed the transaction with my creditcard company and have reported them. I have made one more demand for them to comply but I do not have any confidence they will do anything.
