BridgeMaxx Shady Internet Pricing Plans and even worse service

Formerly Bridgemaxx. It's now double the price for the speeds of anyone else in town. Very bad customer service, no retention policies, and they changed my rates with a single letter and no specific date to notify them on. I misread the letter and BAM, $50 (for 7 gigs of data) instead of $31 (previously, no limit, slow speeds. But I didn't mind). Now I can't do anything for the rest of the month thanks to a night of Netflix.

Why would anyone be part of this ISP when MidConntinent is the same speed for half the price (where you can also buy your router & modem for a lower cost)??

Just ignore this ISP, they are worthless and expensive.
