Shady Billing Practices

Speedconnect uses their website as a method of bill paying, their website has had issues recognizing user information. Then double charging the users account. I recently had became a customer via a buy out of Bridgemaxx here in South Dakota. I had attempted to pay my bill online, having issues with entering my personal information in according to the website.

Upon contacting SpeedConnect after two hour wait, was told that the problem was because of conversion of customers from Bridgemaxx to SpeedConnect and that the charges would be removed.

Now in July, no charges have been removed in fact I am required to pay them because of their systems error else I lose my service.
