DNS Services Scam artist sending fake bills for DNS Services, DONT PAY THIS BILL it's totally bogus

I received a bogus bill in the mail from this con artist who supposedly provided $65.00 of "Managed DNS Backup Business Services". The statement appears official and is nicely printed on very official looking company billing stock. A sophisticated scam that has all the necessary addresses, numbers and even a QR code. He even had my web host's server names and the different accounts listed along with bogus service categories.

Someone needs to find this Glenn Loehr character and stop this rip off as soon as possible. I am going to submit a report to the Ohio Attorney General today and hopefully this clown will be found, arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law!
