Official looking "bill"

This company sent what seems at first glance to be an invoice for data backup services. This statement includes an account number, and just enough specific information (all readily available online) to make it appear to be a legitimate bill however in fairly fine print there's a line that says it is a solicitation for goods or services and is not a bill.

While this practice may not be actually illegal it is most certainly designed with the intent to fool the recipient into 1) thinking it's a bill, 2) sending money and then 3) dealing with the hassle of cancelling the service if any is in fact provided.
