Do not use cyberbit for merchant services. They now have many thousands of pounds of funds that they will not release to our account. When you call customer services nobody is ever available to speak (either in a meeting, on Holliday, out of the office blah blah). Kieran the managing director is never available and if you speak to Alinan Riskute via Skype she knows nothing. This situation has been going on for months. The money's should be released every 28 days and the 10% holdback released after 6 months and thereafter weekly in 6 months arrears. We have never had a chargeback and our trading history is immaculate so they have no just reason to withhold payments. Stay clear, this company is a nightmare with the worst customer services I have ever encountered.
