Takes Money From Bank Account and Holds It for Months

Square took it upon themselves to retrieve money from my bank account for sales that were processed. They stated they had received notification of a chargeback from a client. I had never received any word or correspondence from an unhappy client. They sat on those funds for several months.

After I contacted them again, very upset, they stated the chargeback where they represented me as the seller - did not go in my favor - they kept all the funds plus additional funds that were removed. Now 2-3 months later they are still sitting on funds for a sale that was processed before I was notified of the chargeback.

When I requested the money be deposited to me - they stated that they had to keep it against future chargebacks. Well - there aren't going to be any because I refuse to use their services again. I just want my money that is due to me.

If anyone is interested in using their services - B E W A R E! They make it easy to process credit card transactions as money for them to keep!!!
