This is by far the worst it was been over the past 10 years I have been with this company. They increased my price over the past 2 months by over $20. The customer service rep Duncan was rude and prematurely ended the chat conversation thinking i have not saved it as soon as i stated i was going to contact Corporate. I simply wanted a credit for the increase for the remainder of my Promo period which i was told would not change in fees.
