Echurch Nework Unauthorized Internet Services: Business listing on Internet Search Engines

In our December Verizon telephone bill, we see charges billed by ILD Teleservices for Echurch Network services. It was a $50.00 charge for "Internet SVC Setup".

The phone bill was in fact for an office phone in our storage warehouse. As we have already have Internet Services at our main offices from Verizon, we were puzzled by the billing.

A call to ILD Services Customer Service number automatically routed us to Echurch Networks with company headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA.

The customer representative responded with employee name when asked, "who authorized this service activation". The name given was the name of our Warehouse Manager.

When we questioned our employee he stated the following:

" I was asked several yes and no type questions about our dealership. I did not agree to any service or request activation of any service.in fact, I was never asked to activate any service. Had I been asked, I would have directed them to you, our IT Manager."

We then called Echurch Network and requested a copy of the recording that Echurch claims he authorized the new service.

More to come after verification.in the meantime, our phone company agreed to reverse the charges back to IDL.
