Sendgrid ripped me off after sending me unsolicited email with an offe

I got an unsolicted email from SendGrid with a coupon code to use at checkout.

I am a developer and wanted to streamline sending email from my shared website so I took up the offer. I entered the coupon code at the checkout, and it was accepted but the discount did not apply to the bronze level. It said I had to subscribe to the $80 silver level to get a free month.
Yet the silver level sends 100k emails per month and the bronze $9.95 for 40k emails which makes no sense what so ever, so I tried bronze anyway. It said it was pro-rated.
I signed up and my credit card was billed.

I then went through the approval process where sendgrid asked all sorts of intrusive questions about my opt-in email sign up form and personal details of members of my website. I did not want to give some of the details, so they disallowed me from sending email.

As aggravating as the entire process was until that point, I decided to take my ball and go home. But they wouldn't let me do that. After no less than 13 requests for a refund, mind you at this point I had not sent a single email at all, they would not process my refund.instead they gave me a link to cancel:

I went through the process, and it said that the account would only be cancelled at the end of the next billing cycle in over a month and that I would be charged for this service that I never used or was rendered.

I now have to file a fraud claim with Visa, my payment provider against SendGrid.

I will never deal with this company again. They had me in tears.
