Damaged goods, missing items, NO refund, NO customer service Ripoff Internet

I was convinced by my girlfriend to purchase my textbooks online to save money this semester so I did a search for the books I needed. Phatcampus.com happened to have 3 of them so I placed the order through them alone. The site that I found them through (textbooksnow.com) had a coupons link that said to use the coupon code SHIP4FREE at their checkout.

I added the books to my cart, during checkout I entered the coupon code into the appropriate blank and selected my standard shipping option (3-5 days). AFTER the billing process, it showed that I was being charged $19.99 for shipping!

Jump to one week later... A package finally arrives. I open the box (which feels suspiciously light) to find ONE book shrinkwrapped and glued to the bottom of the box. I was impressed by the security of the packaging until I cut open the shrinkwrap - there was a packing/inspection/return slip on the top stating 'Inspected by 12'. Immediately under that was the CD that accompanies the textbook - SHATTERED! That means that '12' inspected the shattered CD and shipped it anyway.

I have been sending daily emails for well over a week now with 0 return emails. I used the personal email address from a previous complaint hoping to get a response... We'll see! I doubt it. If I don't get a return call today, my bank is going to reverse the charges for me.
