I was looking for some phone numbers to do some marketing online and I found the website nicevisit.com for phone numbers and I could make 100 phone numbers a day for their 299.99 package.

I tried to make my order through their user panel and then I noticed that I wouldn't be able to pay through the panel and i had to send a payment manually, this made me a little weary but I still went through with the purchase since I was paying with my credit card.

After a lot of back and forth as to where to send the payment, they finally gave me an email address and told me to send the payment there and they would send me the software.

Once they sent me the software, I tried to use it and realized that it didn't work at all and they told me that I have to wait 48 hours for "activation"... I thought this was a little strange to have to wait 2 days for a software to be activated, but I figured, I paid with my credit card so I would be protected.

After waiting 7 days and not getting a single response after them telling me I had to wait 48 hours for "activation", I tried contacting them from another email address as a prospective buyer and they responded right away! That is when I realized these people were a total craigslist pva scam like www.pvaspot.com

I tried to get my money back through paypal and they told me that I needed to give the seller more time and after 2 weeks, I filed a claim and to my surprise, paypal granted the claim in their favor claiming the software was delivered even though it wasn't working... That is some twisted logic if you ask me.

I resolved to contacting my credit card company about this and they issued me a provisional credit while they invesitgate the fraud. I would advise anyone doing marketing online to stay away from this company.

I had one of my very technologically advanced friend look into the software and he told me that the software just a bloated piece of code that would never ever work or be activated, all it is a user interface, equivalent to having a dummy of a cell phone; just the looks, not the features. Stay away.
