I bought a $80 CHI Turbo Car Electronic Ceramic Spring Curl Metal in March and by March the spring on top handle underneath the handle tucked out-of location and it isnot keeping my hair tight between your handle and also the barrel. I approached thebeautyplace.com and in the beginning they stated they'd substitute the styling iron. 24 hours later they stated they'd not, that I'd to offer immediately using the production of the styling iron (Farouk). After I named Farouk to request a replacement they stated they might not provide me an upgraded.
