Rip Off

Hello my name is Tony and I sent 236 dvd movies to the dvds123 company to sell and also sent a report showing the prices they quoted on their price list and was told I would get my money as soon as they recieved them.

Well they recieved them and the price of the check compared to what they say on their price list was about $300.00 off. I called them and they told me that their prices must of changed since the last time i pulled up their price list which was only 3 days before I sent my movies.

Anyways I said i guess I'll just wait and see what the difference was when they send my purchase order that shows what they paid for each movie, well their were a few where they paid alittle more than what they show a quite a bit where they were way below what they state what they pay for that movie.

Anyways I recievd 2 checks from them because they found 10 more movies somewhere in my box that they over looked so I said fine I'll wait for the checks.

When I recieved them and went thru every single price they paid I noticed that there were still 10 more dvds that I was not paid for so I e-mailed them and recieved a responce stating that they never recieved those movies from me, and that the copies they did have of those movies were not from me.

So I sent another e-mail to them stating that they were sent to them and that I had a witness at a Mail Boxes Etc. Employee verify how many dvds were packed into 1 box which was the exact total I put on the list that went with them.

They did not respond for 2 days so I e-mailed them again saying that if I did not get my money for those movies I would file a complaint on the company. They said to do what I had too, so here it is. I will never do business with dvds 123 again.
