TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Ordered 3 halloween costumes with them on Sept 18 and finally got them on Friday Oct 26. They were HORRIBLE and MISSING the accessories! Stated they are worth 90.00 each

Placed my order on Deal Ticker on Sept 18 for 3 halloween costumes worth 90.00 each!!! I finally received my order on Friday Oct 26. They were HORRIBLE - SOOOO CHEAP and the dress looked like a shirt!!! And one costume was a white angel, all I received was the white tube dress, nothing else... I emailed saying the wings and halo were missing, and I was told no, thats all you get. It stated in the highlights of the ad, COMES WITH MATCHING ACCESSORIES!!! Nobody would buy a white tube top dress for 90.00??? The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I asked to speak to the Manager and I was not contacted. I am very DISAPPOINTED. I know they lost about 14 customers so far. So after paying 90.00 and all the aggravation, I had to go to Party Packagers and BUY A COSTUME! I will NEVER buy anything else from DEAL TICKER - Lesson Learned
