Halloween Express
Ripping off two young people just trying to take their son trick or treating

Me and my boyfriend went to Halloween Express to get costumes for us and our son to take him trick or treating for his first time. The costumes we got did not fit but our sons costume did fit. We took them back and they at first refused to let us at least exchange ours for ones that fit, then decided they would.

We had to get costumes of the same value but they were $10 more, so we told the manager to use the accessories to cover the difference and the money thats left if any she can just give back to us.

So she goes through the process and says we owe her $26 more, we were in a hurry to get to my boyfriends grandmothers bday party so didnt notice. When we reached his grandmothers house we realized we still had the accessories for our old costumes.

We called to ask if theyd at least let us exchange them for accessories that go with our costumes but they refused. So now we're stuck with accessories for Dorothy and Tinman, and our new costumes are The Joker and an Evil Bride.

Do not shop there. We don't understand what the big deal is, they exchanged the costumes but wont exchange the accessories or give us our money back when all the stuff is still in its original packaging.
