The corporationis customer support representatives are incredibly rude and condascending. I simply named them to request an easy issue (it is extremely challenging to locate a number of their items on the site - I named about their Gentle Thoughts cellular tones). I'd my dimensions and hues and was prepared to invest some cash when I prepared to-order many tones, but after my encounter with Paul in customer support, I'll not purchase out of this organization. I told Scott that used to donot notice ther Gentle Thoughts tones outlined everywhere on the site in the region that a person may spot an order and he rudely mentioned almost all their tones are about the left-side of the display on the site. Not the case. He explained to inform him my title so he might seem me-up within their program and that I recommended him I simply needed him to inform me just how to understand their site and so I might spot my purchase. He contended with me and lifted his speech, where stage I told him I needed to talk to a boss. Then he EXTENDED fighting with me. Following the boss eventually got about the telephone, he offered me the clear answer in under 30 seconds! In the end that trouble, I actually donot actually wish to spot my purchase today. You will find others available. JustBlinds.com does not deserve the company once they handle potential customers in this way!
