Poor customer service and rude treatment

I'm writing since I'd like somebody from your own corporate workplace to contact me when it comes to the way in which your customer support representatives and administrators handle people about the phone, this isn't really skilled no customer support like.

I was handled extremely rudely and voiced to like I am a bit of trash and I-donot deserve to become handled like this because i purchase my kids telephone bill and also have utilized your support for nearly annually today.

I do want to observe so what can be achieved when it comes to this issue and want to notice from somebody the moment possible.
