Xpress RX rip-off! No delivery, no refund, horrible customer service

Similar experience, ordered meds, never recieved. However, I did order once back in May and receive my order. However, July order never came. I lost my good sense and placed a cash order since they convinced me that my undelivered order was a fluke and this one would be delivered within 48 hours. I thought it would be OK since they had delivered in the past. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago. The main reason I am sharing, other than being incredibly angry about this is because I have a phone number to the credit card processor they were using and they credited me back all of my money for the first two orders no hassle at all (even the one I received! Yippee!) This makes me so happy because it looks like I have been ripped off on this last order.

So, I am really even at this point, but I am so upset about the way they have handled this, that I am still pushing them very hard to send my order or provide a refund. I am calling and going to their live help about 20 times a day and bugging the tar out of them. This is a really shady company & I have definately learned my lesson. I will only use verified U.S. Pharmacies with real addresses and contact information.

The number for the credit card processer people (who no longer do any business with RX Express other than process these refunds (I got the distinct impression they were embarrassed to have ever been associated with them).
