Placed an order through the website. Company charge my credit card but did not deliver the drugs. When calling their customer service number to find the status of my order, no one ever answers the phone or the Live Chat feature

I placed an order through this website. My credit card was charged but I never received the drugs. When calling their customer service number for days I finally got through to a recording that plays 3 times and then disconnects you. I also did not receive a response from the Live Chat.
