Back in May of I bought a natural bra from tvmarketplace.com. It was a perfect idea considering my wedding was just around the corner. But, I waited and waited... No bra, no phone calls, nothing. My wedding was July 3, and even then, I didn't get the bra. I finally called them from the phone number on their website and figured out that my card had been declined. Now, I know it was my fault for that, but they should have called and let me know what had happened. So, then I repaid for the bra again and he said "We'll ship it out immediately." (Yeah, bull!) That was August 24. September 24th passed and I still had no bra!!!
I called once again and he said that we'll get that shipped right away. I then asked for a credit on my account and that I didn't even want the bra anymore. He said he would have to send a check in the mail because it had been so long since the order. And now it's october 13th and still no check. That's almost 3 weeks. So, again, tried to call the number for customer service, now I get a busy signal. And they website? Can't get to it, because it's owned by some new domain. I think enough people ratted on them. All I can say, is don't let stuff like this happen to you too. Now, I don't buy anything from seen it on tv websites, nor do I shop at ebay... Too many screw-ups... Too much of my time wasted. Heed this advice!!
