Ripoff

Hi, I have a $9 charge that was put on my visa and i didn't buy anything from these guys. I did call the 800 number, and they said i did purchase a memeber ship to thier reward services to print coupons from a web site called travelvalues.com which i never did, so i wonder how they got my visa account number, i did tellthem that it looks like a scam to me, and they got so offensive, i did ask for refund for the october month and they did not argue with that and they said i should be getting the 9 dollar refund withen three to four days..
