Aol - credit Alert
Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

On 9/20/04 my checking account was drafted for $89.99. It said aol, credit alert, I have never heard of them and had cancelled my aol account on 09/01/04 I called the company and they told me I would have to write to them which I did. I did not receive any answer and called them again. That was when I found out what they do, I said my aol account was cancelled, they said this did not matter I could still keep it. I told them I wanted it cancelled now. Who could I notify in the statr of florida as it seems they do this all the time. Thank you.
