Fios Price Raised Without Notice, Service Then Cancelled

I started at 39.99 per month and after 6 year later I find out they been taking 54.99 and I ask them they said every time they don't carry the service I have they upgrade without informing me. And on october 2 they cancell my service or I have to pay 79.99 per month... And the customer service need more customer service training... When I called why my service was cancell he said its already cancell so lets focus on wht u gonna get. That was big bs
