Company up and left and I have a 2 year warrenty on a product thats 4 months old RIPOFF

I purchased a portable dvd player in May and now it does not work and I need it fixed. I tried to check their web sites and tried all of their phone numbers and nothing works. I called a company in the same industrial park and they vacated their building and all of their employees. If someone knows how to reach these crooks, please post it.
