They do not realize the inconvenience they cause to customers

I requested for 2 products because it was published within their site that shares can be found. I settled via charge card, therefore costs were utilized at the same time.in another of my follow ups, I discovered that just one product was accessible (product turned sold-out a few times after I put my purchase) and also the one product continues to be shipped, allegedly. I ended my purchase immediately after which, but a couple of days later, their shipping guy nevertheless got as much as our workplace to provide the main one product (exhibits their insufficient control). I declined to get the shipping since I requested for 2 (and they certainly were really meant as presents) and insisted on my charge card change. I have been attempting to achieve their hotline 795-8900 to check out-on the change however it claims the phone number isn't yet operating. DON'T BUY FROM LAZADA! They don't recognize the trouble they trigger to clients!: (
