Cable service is off!

I got a bill from TWC last week and went to pay it. I was told my services will be restored in 10 mins. It's Wednesday and my service for cable has NOT been restored!
I demanded that a technician be sent to my residence. I live alone and have no one to stay in my apt. I called TWC and requested that the technician call my cell phone BEFORE he arrived. I got no call and the technician told TWC that he called me whick is not true! I ten had to call TWC again on Teusday and the person told me that they will be there tomorrow (Wed 9/18) but when I called to assure they had my cell # because I live alone and do not have a roomate, they told me I was scheduked for thursday (tomorrow!) I have an inspection at work a would have never scheduled it for Thursday! Now I have to be wothout cable another day because of thier ludicrist handleing of my service call! I had Verizon Fios installed in 12 buildings, 309 62 st, WNY NJ, 208 Clark terrace Cliffside park, 238 Day ave, Cliffside park, 409 59 st WNY NJ, 5815 Madison st WNY NJ, 518 59 st WNY NJ, Condominium complez in Leonia 32 buildings, 39 45 1st street in Hackensack and 466 Ft. Lee Rd.in Leonia NJ. I am done with TWC!!! Good Bye and Good Riddance!!
