They have absolutely no customer service

They've simply no customer support. They offered me the incorrect gift-card after which WOn't I would like to return it. After I sent them-they simply delivered an extremely universal reaction that had nothing related to my problem. I keep requesting several as well as for anyone to contact me however they simply are not reacting. I'd never purchase from here again.
