Plasticjungle.com REPEATED PROMISES TO PAY NOT MET

I sold these Gift Cards to this company and sent them from phoenix to their processing center in Colorado using their printed labels. The wait time for processing is 5-7 business days. I followed up after 7 days to find out where my payment was and was told that due to technical problems I would have to wait until the 10/30. Called back on 10/31 because I still hadn't received payment and was told to wait 2-3 more business days. On 11/1 I received a email from (2) separate persons: Jehnna Koch & Alexis that payment would be in my Paypal account by 11/2. I still have not received payment and continue to get told to wait.
