There is NO customer service to speak of

This can be a GREAT concept to get a site, the execution is simply seriously lacking. There's NO customer support to talk about. As a result of site problem where it renewed itself and repopulated areas using the incorrect car-load data, my purchase would be delivered to the incorrect contact information. The 2nd the purchase was "put" and that I noticed the problem, I sent the assistance mail. They got their nice moment finding back again to me after which the e-mail ultimately stated "too late, the purchase was already delivered." Following a few emails backwards and forwards, I recognize they've no purpose of creating great about the problem. All-they keep saying is "sorry for that trouble." In the evaluations, it appears like lots of people have related problems. Well, my first-order may also be my last. Notice to totsy: boost assistance team and enable them to repair issues!
