Premiere web designs.com I was unable to access website for 6-7weeks. I reported this to company and given the runaround. Would like money back

I signed up in october for 149.00 and they trained me. At the end of training they asked me for 2000.00-5000.00 dollars which i didnot have if i would have known this i would never have signed up with company. Since i had no money the didnot market my website. 6-7weeks ago i was unable to access my website called the company and told them the problem. First they told me it was blank blank companies fault. I called the next week they told me it was their fault website was down. Called the next week same excuse. Then i was able to get to my website but unable to login to my website to do my blog. So i called company talked to joshua litt co-owner of whatsurniche and he said he would get someone to fix it and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. I have asked them for my money back they say no they honored their contract. I feel they havent honored their contract i made only 9.75 total since october. No traffice to my site no comments sent to me and my neice purchased something from my website and i never recieved credit for it either. I know there are other people out there that are being ripped off like i am. Julie olathe, ks.
