McAfee Software Paid For But Never Installed

Around Oct. 2 I spoke with a connectech rep. About my PC having vuneble virus. I was on the phone over 3 hours, on today, Oct. 5, I spoke with Jeremiah ID# JS477T who pleased me very much by solving my issue. Back on or about the 2nd I was told that I needed to upgrade my megabits from 1.5 to 3.0 to have protection & was told then everything was ok. Not so, on today I found out the software that i was paying $5 extra a month for was never installed. I don't think that was fair since every time I call I'm told i'm a valued customer. I would like some type of incentive for my inconvenience since this important to me if not u for tying up my phone line for nearly 4 hours. What u think u should do to please your so call valued customer who is myself.
