Rip-Off Stole money from my account 4 times~ never had their service Internet internet

AOL took $24.95 out of my account 4 times this year. I have never even had them as a server. When I called they said I was signed up with them and asked me to verify my account number. I told them they must have it because they are charging my account. They hung up. I called again and was yelled at by a man with a difficult to understand Indian (?) accent. He also hung up when I asked to speak to a manager. This went on and on. Each time I was finally refunded my money, only to have it happen again. This last time I closed my account and opened a new one. They billed me again with my NEW account number! How do they get them?! I know 5 other people with almost identical stories. When will they be stopped? They must make a killing off people who don't pay attention to monthly statements.
