Wont refund my money on items I returned

I requested many products when I was goimg on holiday. The dimension was horrible I use a dimension 8 and requested all larges, nicely they can fit my 9-year old daughter who weighs 80 pounds. After I first published them-they were excellent and returned me two of the covers before I actually delivered them down. I discussed that I'd many purchases arriving and might deliver all of them when they didn't match back at the same time, they stated good simply ensure that you email us the following number so we are able to view for that products, that we did. Well they've all my items and certainly will not provide me a reimbursement or may they return my products, I named PayPal plus they stated they'd return my money however they approach they've it put up it's difficult to click which purchase was delivered back that was stored and so I who am impaired simply dropped all of the cash. I'll never store there again! Horrible place!
