I requested 2 trial-size products online and delivered them exactly the same method. After I didn't obtain my reimbursement they 1st stated they didn't get the return. Later they stated they did think it is. They stated that they didn't approach the reimbursement since the test items were vacant. I understand this isn't correct. I understand used to do not return them vacant to get a reality! Yes, I'd tried them. Then your woman claims these were largely vacant. Every time I'd to contact and claim. Lastly they stated they'd return the bundle back again to me. But no reimbursement. Which was per month before. After I named again nowadays they're today informing me that only one woman have been managing my problem which she is not in to ensure that there is nothing I will do but to call-back AGAIN and examine the problem together with her. No body otherwise might assist me because they stated it is all hers and just hers which when 1 individual addresses the problem they've to check out through themselves which no body else could manage. The one who I've been coping with is Caroline who's rude and clearly makes claims and conclusions without really considering it himself. I'd requested her in the last-call if she'd observed for himself the containers were vacant or mainly vacant and he or she stated "no" that she'd just obtained exactly what a factory employee had informed her. Absurd. I do not have a refund or these products returned as she said!!!
