Took back return but did not refund money

Mu husband bought me a bracelet for my birthday from this place on E-Bay. When the bracelet came it did not look at all like the picture. The picture showed a blue gemstone and the bracelet was green and purple! YUCK.

My husband began the process to return the item and even said he would pay for shipping. The rodeowonders jewelry guy got very mad and said no, so my husband gave him bad feedback. This really made the guy mad but he said, by e-mail if my husband would remove the feedback and return the bracelet he would refund our money minus the shipping. So we returned the bracelt to the address where he asked for it.

NO MONEY for the refund despite several emails to the guy. He says he lost listing money... But my husband paid shipping both ways $125.00. I researched where he had us send the braclet back to and it was a bogus e-bay address... This guy is a scam artist&BEWARE!
