Ripoff never received the computer after they took my money

Ordered 600.00 computer 22 jul 04. Received payment verification by a third party 24 jul 04. I was unable to track the order and heard nothing for a month. So, i used the "live chat" and wrote with KENT. I was givin some BS excuse about the company moving. The problem with my tracking page would be fixed within 24 hours and the order was resent on 25 aug 04 and would be rushed to the front of the line. I was told my computer would arive in 7 to 10 days.

It's now 11 sept 04; and still nothing. Even worse, the only means of communication (live chat) has been blocked.

I only wish i knew about this web sight prior to dealing with this company.
