Company does not ship when it says, refuses to solve problem, has C - rating with BBB

These are rip off artists. Steer clear! Way clear!

Ordered an appliance part from this company on 5/24 and paid $22 for overnight shipping. Was assured part would ship and arrive on 5/25. Told them I didn't want it if it wouldn't be here on 5/25 (was for my refrigerator and couldn't wait over a holiday weekend to get it fixed). Was assured by online chat agent that she checked and the order was CONFIRMED for next day delivery.

Began to get suspicious that night when they refused to give a tracking number. Was told tracking number would be available next day at 9 AM. At 9 AM tracking number showed part was not scheduled to be delivered for 5 days. Rep claimed a "computer glitch."

This company has 59 complaints with NONE OF THEM CLOSED from the Better Business Bureau. Read up carefully on them. They have a C - rating from BBB. When I posted this on their Facebook page to warn their "fans, " they deleted the entry.

When I tried to chat with the company to get a refund, they blocked my ability to chat.
