It is a fraud.
Got the request from my college and authorized. After examining the web site determined that it had been too costly for what it will and even though I ended the auto-renewal, they nevertheless required my cash ($250 btw). Attempted to get hold of them-but no solution to date.
Our advice to anybody would be to steer clear!
