This reeks of a scam and I am incredibly unhappy with this company

I had been really pleased with this company until today. I've had a merchant account together since 2008 for my company. It's put up for reoccurring payment and that I have not watched this consideration at-all (yes, disgrace on me). I came across today that people have now been receiving charged for TWO figures rather than the 1 I registered for. The 2nd quantity amazingly appeared in my own bill 30 days after I registered for this company. They've no-documentation on who registered for that next telephone number. The several voicemails I will discover with this particular minute bill number are individuals calling another company - we were receiving billed for another firm's quantity. The client support everyone was really rude and stated it had been my problem for not getting this faster and certainly will not return me for that next quantity. This reeks of the fraud and that I am extremely disappointed with this particular organization.
