Taken unauthorized quantity from my bill!

This should be a genuine fraud - after viewing $7.81 taken from my consideration, I named and was on-hold for more than 15 minute hearing their ad... Then I obtain a unusual appearing guy who informs me I registered for this support and that I might stop, however they provide no discounts. That is absurd. It should be related to an ID-Theft Support that did the same a week ago, however they declare I am receiving returned the $31.78 - still waiting. There has to be a method to encourage them to quit this also to return the cash.
