Unauthorized billing

I came across a fee for $19.95 charged to my Windstream home from Data Call. I approached Windstream and after examining the problem, stated somebody needed registered for anything via the web. I noticed that the full time it was completed - 12:05 AM, no body was conscious in my own home to register for something. I mentioned that I'd not approved this "support" or cost and requested them to get rid of it-which they quickly did. Then they offered me the 800-number to get hold of ILD Teleservices that will be who charged the consideration with respect to Data Call US.

I finally got to somebody on that quantity (1 800-433-4518) and required a termination of the consideration. They stated they'd achieve this. I'll proceed to check my telephone bill to make sure it generally does not get billed again. I informed them that any more payment of my telephone bill can lead to a being submitted with my Condition's Attorney General Consumer Fraud Department.

Watch Out For these businesses and examine your telephone bill scrupulously.
