Ripoff Fraudulent TV Ad San Francisco

After donwloading the software, I paid $9.44 for the 1st month using my credit card on May 10. I was not able to use my account no. When I called customer service they said they were having problems with the "Sasser Worm virus" and that it was fixed and try it again. After trying several times, I decided to cancel my account without ever using their online services. Since I cancelled within 2 weeks, I assume I would be getting my money back, since the TV AD clearly says 30-day Free trial, even the technitian that took my cancellation told me so.

After waiting two months for my refund, I decided to call them again. I was told by the manager that their Website does not have a 30-day free trial and would not refund my money.

This is a complete fraudulent statement since the TV ad says 30-Day free trial but their website does not.
